21 Days of Prayer and Fasting

January 11-31

How to Fast

According to Scripture, fasting is closely tied to prayer, creating a focused time to seek God’s presence (Ezra 8:21,23; Luke 2:36-37).
During the times you’d normally eat, you can worship, pray, read the Word, ask for guidance, or repent. Fasting is about deepening your connection with God, igniting your passion for Him, and cultivating a hunger for His presence.

Finding your Fast Zone is key. This is the balance where you feel most spiritually
focused and energized. Fasting looks different for everyone—whether it’s a full fast, a partial fast, or omitting specific foods. Listen to the Holy Spirit’s leading and choose a method that aligns with your spiritual and physical needs.
