Following Christ daily can be challenging, but Jesus promised His burden is light. At Journey Church, we believe in making it easier for people to know God by living authentically and removing unnecessary obstacles to faith. Inspired by the early Church's example, we strive to create a welcoming environment where anyone can experience God’s love and grace. Our hope is that the way we live will inspire others to seek a deeper relationship with Him.

A church grace-filled for those who are searching and who will ultimately respond to the call of salvation with repentance, and go to any lengths to tell a person that God loves them. 

Compassionate

A church rich in compassion for those in difficult and hurting situations and is willing to open their personal circles to once strangers and watch what the power of love and acceptance can do.  

Dependent on the Holy Spirit

A church that prays forcefully, worships passionately, and is fully dependent on the power of the Holy Spirit.

Reconciliation

A church that embraces reconciliation and justice, that lives effortlessly in harmony and unity. 

Sacrificial Living

A church that understands that the way of Christianity is the way of sacrifice and is wiling to pay the necessary price to see God’s kingdom come.

A church of influence – so big in influence that the cities cannot ignore it – a church that won’t be defined merely by its buildings.

The Next Generation

A church that embraces the next generation and is willing to pour the Living Water out of vessels they’ve never drank from, realizing the gospel will take many shapes, and not just the ones we are comfortable with.

A church forward-looking not to things that are seen but to things unseen with a holy dissatisfaction with what has been and asking for what will be.

A church that understands it is here to continue the mission of Jesus and is forever outward-focused with a heart for those walking toward eternity separated from Christ.
